GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. VALIDITY OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Data Globe in connection with prepaid eSIM reselling. They are accessible on the website https://www.dataglobe.com. Any variations to these Terms and Conditions require explicit written agreement.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
2.1. eSIM RESELLING
Data Globe offers prepaid eSIMs for sale. Customers can register and purchase eSIMs on the https://www.dataglobe.com website. Payments are processed using supported methods such as Credit/Debit Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Alipay.

2.2. REGISTRATION FOR USING DATA GLOBE SERVICES
Customers must accept these General Terms and Conditions to use Data Globe services. Registration requires providing necessary information such as First Name, Last Name, Billing Address, and Email Address, either directly or through an intermediary service provider.

2.3. DATA GLOBE ENGAGEMENTS
While Data Globe strives to provide quality service, it does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or fault-free connectivity.

2.4. CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENTS
Customers must not engage in abusive, illegal, or fraudulent actions that impair or damage the network. Data Globe reserves the right to suspend services if the Customer breaches their obligations.

2.5. DEVICE COMPATIBILITY
Customers are responsible for ensuring their device is eSIM-compatible and network-unlocked. Compatibility depends on factors such as carrier policies and country of origin. Customers must verify compatibility before purchase.

3. START, DURATION, AND TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT
The service contract between Data Globe and the Customer begins upon order completion at https://www.dataglobe.com. The Customer is responsible for activating the eSIM and acknowledging the Activation Policy. The contract terminates if:

The Customer has no active data package, or

The eSIM is deleted from the device.

4. CHARGES AND PAYMENT
4.1. PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Supported payment methods include:

Credit/Debit Card

Google Pay

Apple Pay

Alipay

All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD).

4.2. CHARGES FOR USE
Charges include VAT unless stated otherwise. Customers cannot offset claims against Data Globe, except under conditions outlined in these Terms.

5. DELIVERY
After purchase, the Customer will receive an email with a QR code for eSIM installation. Step-by-step instructions are available in the FAQ section. Proper installation is the Customer’s responsibility.

6. REFUND / CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION POLICY
6.1. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase, subject to specific conditions. Customers must cooperate with Customer Support for resolution.

6.2. MODIFICATION
No modifications or customizations can be made to purchased eSIM data packages.

7. LIABILITY AND WARRANTY
Data Globe is not liable for service unavailability and does not guarantee constant network access.

Data Globe is not responsible for roaming fees charged by local carriers.
